Once a week visiting socially isolated people and helping them stay mobile and connected.
Foot care technician
Cutting and filing toenails. 1-2 times a week. Part of our apprenticeship program with pathways to paid employment.
Phone befriending
Once a week speaking to socially isolated people on the phone, helping them stay connected.
Digital support
Once a week. Helping to teach valuable IT skills. Must have a good grasp on tech already.
Health & Wellbeing Assistant
Assisting the team at the Health and Wellbeing Clubs and Projects.
Otago class assistant
Assisting at our Otago classes (Strength and Balance Exercise class)
